A complete Human Resource professional with over 35 years of experience in Strategic and Operational HR roles, Govind has handled a wide spectrum of internal Consulting and Training responsibilities in a host of Indian and Multinational firms. In his various avatars – including that of Vice President HR - Corporate Training at ABB and that of Former President of the distinguished Baroda Management Association, Govind picked up the art and science of delivering before very large audiences.
As a trainer, Govind has offered a wide variety of Workshops in Managerial and Leadership Excellence covering 1000s of participants across India as well as in international locations like Dubai and Bangkok. He has also conducted several technical training programs designed to augment skills in such areas as Service Orientation, Project Management, Materials Management, TQM, Kaizen, Productivity and Finance.
Having personally trained under greats like Stephen Covey and Peter Senge, Govind knows first-hand what it really means to “sharpen the saw” and develop “Personal Mastery”. So, when he is not facilitating sessions, he is busy attending as many as he can.
