Rohini is an experienced Human Resource Management Professional, specializing in various Talent Acquisition and Onboarding related processes, Executive Assessment programs comprising Assessment & Development Centres, Diversity & Inclusion interventions, Business Partnering engagements and design and rollout of various HR Policies, Processes and Systems. In a career spanning more than 13 years, Rohini has worked on various HR mandates for big brands like Accenture, ICICI Bank and Aditya Birla Capital and handled a wide gamut of HR project management roles including looking after vendor management and legal due diligence, supporting HR Operations Digitization initiatives, leading the development and reporting of various HR Operations-related Metrics and conducting HR Audits. She has also trained 100s of executives in various processes as part of Change Management interventions. As someone who believes in life-long learning, Rohini has successfully pursued certifications in occupation-oriented personality assessments like 15FQ+ and employee behavioural assessment tools like PI. Currently, she is pursuing courses in Global HRM and Advanced Transactional Analysis.
