A Human Resource professional with over 30 years of exposure to various aspects of HR Strategy and Operations, Shantonu has designed and implemented Organization Development interventions and facilitated Leadership Development Programs for various organizations including, Tata Chemicals, Eternit Everest, Fawaj Alhokair Group (Riyadh), Bombay Dyeing, Adani Group, Polycab, GIA, Viacom-18, National Peroxide, Go Air, Nitco Tiles, Bombay Burmah Trading, and many others. During his long and distinguished career, Shantonu has also held very senior HR Leadership roles with various large and established organizations like Tata Chemicals, Bombay Dyeing, Bata India, and Voltas. Having handled a wide portfolio of HR & OD related projects, Shantonu has built substantial expertise in developing Organizational Structures in sync with Business Strategy, Performance Management Systems, Competency Frameworks, Talent Management interventions, Learning & Development initiatives, Employee Engagement practices, Rewards & Recognition Programs, and Compensation & Benefits approaches. Over the years, Shantonu has avidly pursued various popular courses and certifications in Coaching, Behavioural Event Interviewing, Transactional Analysis and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and is today, well-versed in administering a wide battery of Psychometric Tools including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B and 15FQ+.
