Sumeet is an experienced Human Resource Management & Organization Development consultant, inveterate workshop facilitator and published researcher. In a career spanning over 18 years, he was formerly Country Manager for the Human Capital Institute – a Washington DC based HR Think-tank and Associate Director at T.V. Rao Learning Systems. He has trained over 1000 executives and consulted more than 100 firms comprising large multinationals, domestic corporations, small and medium businesses, PSUs, governmental agencies and not-for-profits, representing various industries in India and in international locations like the Middle East and South East Asia. Sumeet’s main practice areas involve designing and operationalizing organizational processes linked to Performance Management, Competency Management, Assessment & Development Centres, 360° Feedback based Coaching interventions, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement Surveys, HR Audit and Workforce Analytics. Sumeet is an M. Phil. in Culture Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University (New Delhi) and has several reputed professional certifications as well as many sleep-inducing publications to his credit.
