I am extremely happy to say that you did a fantastic job by interviewing each and every member in TLC, face to face or on telephone. You went to the extent of interviewing our members in far off place like Dubai and generated some really valuable data from more than 120 members. Over the period, we have taken up each of your suggestions for implementation, like increasing the number of ripple heads, restructuring the ripples and focusing on the message of how important it is to teach in order to learn more. The experience with you has been very satisfying!
